Bullard Fire Department ®
215 S. Houston, Bullard, TX 75757
Office Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Bullard Fire Department has been proudly serving the Bullard area for over 59 years. Bullard Texas is located about halfway between Tyler and Jacksonville just off of Hwy. 69. Our district covers both Smith and Cherokee county. Many things have changed for the fire department including Bullard becoming a part of the Emergency Services District #2 of Smith county. Bullard now has a paid staff manning both of Bullard's stations from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. After hours and on the weekend we rely on volunteers to run calls and do maintenance around the stations. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer please print off an application or stop by either of our two stations during business hours and grab a copy from our day crew!
In case of an emergency dial 911!
Home fires can start and spread quickly, which is why we all need to be careful and educated when it comes to fire safety. Just a little bit of planning can make a big difference for your family.
Attention Bullard community!! We are now utilizing the Knox Box system. This is a system that allows the fire department access inside your home or buisness in the event you have a medical emergency or fire alarm. This system will be very useful for our elderly population that may fall and simply need help getting up without calling for an ambulance. If your interested feel free to call the fire station at 903-894-7143 or visit https://www.knoxhomebox.com
